Options Care Center opened in 1985 to serve any woman who has found herself in an unplanned pregnancy situation. All pregnancy services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL. Compassionate people want to help you make the right decision for you and your future.
Our Pregnancy Services Include:
- Free Pregnancy Tests — Our pregnancy test are medical grade urine tests and will help you to know for sure if you’re pregnant. All services provided by Options Care Center are free and confidential.
- Options Information — For every pregnancy, there are three options. Discover how each pregnancy option would affect you.
- Referrals for ON SITE Ultrasound — Options Care Center refers for onsite ultrasound. What does that mean? It means the licensed medical staff providing the ultrasounds come to you, right here at Options Care Center. This service is free to you!
- STI Testing — Options Care Center refers for onsite STI testing as well. Urine collection for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea is available by trained staff. Treatment for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are available through our partnering medical staff.
- HOPE Program — Our HOPE program is our parenting education program consisting of parenting videos and discussions with our caring, non-judgmental advocates. Each discussion earns you credits to spend in our baby room on items for your child. Items can include things like diapers and wipes, clothing and hygiene items and even cribs!
- Every Bottom Covered — Every Bottom Covered is our supplemental diaper program. By bringing in your photo id, a WIC or SNAP care, and the baby’s birth certificate, you can get 50 free diapers and a pack of wipes every 30 days at no cost to you. - Post Abortion Support — Some women struggle with their abortion decision. We provide a support group where women can work through their emotions surrounding that decision.
